Focus Reports
While Medisoft’s Report Designer is fairly versatile, it has limitations. Many software reviewers say that one of the few differences between Medisoft and far more expensive products from other companies are lacks some desirable management reports. Focus Reports closes that feature gap!

Drawing from your Medisoft database, it targets and calls patients for multiple purposes:
- Patient appointment notification and confirmation. System dials patients in your Medisoft Office Hours scheduler and delivers a personal message with the appointment date and time.
- Patients can confirm, cancel, or leave a message via touch-tone response. Calls attempted multiple times, and delivered efficiently to answering devices as well. HIPAA compliant.
- Also use Appointment Call to tag and call other patients in your Medisoft database. For example, reminders such as “Influenze Immunization Due,” “Post-Surgery Apointment Due,” “Annual Checkup Due.”

NDC Credit Card Processing from Global Payments
Accepting credit cards for payment of services is becoming more important. Patients are starting to expect it. Along with providing a service to them, accepting credit cards significantly improves practice cash flow, and reduces the amount of time staff has to spend following up on outstanding balances due.
